Notes Single Logon

Please make sure that you have installed the Notes Single Logon feature. Also, ensure that it is enabled through the User Security panel in Notes, and check the task manager to make sure it is running (nslsvice.exe). If it is still a problem, it could potentially be a problem with the registry, support will be able to tell you that.
